特殊製程為航太製造業中的關鍵製程，多數產品生產製造過程皆需仰賴各項特殊製程以符合功能及品質需求；在特殊製程方面，朝宇航太除依營運策略不遺餘力自行開發各項航太特殊製程及認證，如非破壞性檢測、金相檢測、機械性質測試、真空熱處理、化學處理及銲接等特殊製程，以期能達到品質完全控制管理目的外，亦積極拓展與同業合作，整合航太中下游產業，以期滿足客戶各項需求。
